Warranty

Please read our return/refund policy before you purchase any item.

We will repair your device, that is built by us, at no cost to you except for shipping, for any failures due to workmanship or material quality on our end.  If it's determined that an item has failed due to abuse or damage, you will be notified and given the choice of paying for the repair or returned as is to you.  Falling down with it on your head is not abuse but driving off with it on the hood of your vehicle is.  We will know the difference; this is non-negotiable.

Any device "surgery", or repair other than us, will void your warranty.  

All other branded device/items will be required to go through the respective company for their warranty.

Return and Refund Policy:

• Returns:  Our devices can only be returned for warranty work.  Please read descriptions and ask questions before you purchase an item.
• No returns on NVDs because they "don't look like TV" or it "it's not what I expected".  We ask that you read our descriptions and do some homework, and above all, please ask us questions.  The above reasons are usually from dirty salesmen stealing your dinero and giving you cheap junk.  You should know and understand what you're getting when you spend good money on expensive kit - call us for any Q's.   
• Warranty returns require an email describing the issue which will generate follow-on instructions for returning the device for warranty repair.
• Items returned for warranty will be inspected for and tested for the issue at hand and repaired accordingly for warranty issues.
• Refunds will only be given if processed before item has been shipped.  We have a 3-day refund window for in stock items-10% restock fee, and a 5-day window for systems built in house (built to order)-25% restock fee.  After that, you're beyond the point of no return, it's yours.
• Refunds for items ordered from a manufacturer have a 3-day window as once it is ordered, we cannot return it to the manufacturer once it's been ordered.  A 50% hold will be placed against your payment method to secure the order. After the refund window, if you change your mind, you will be charged the 50% as a restock fee.  
• There are absolutely no refunds or returns or warranty work done on any items purchased in the Surplus Shop.  Everything in the Surplus Shop is sold "as is".
